Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

We always aim to send the same cleaner, especially for recurring bookings. If your regular cleaner is unavailable we'll let you know in advance and arrange cover.

Can I change frequency or cancel?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. You can switch between weekly, fortnightly, and monthly with notice, and cancel at any time.

What's the difference in price between weekly, fortnightly and monthly?

Weekly bookings are priced at £22/hr, fortnightly at £23/hr, and monthly or one-off at £25/hr. Select your preferred frequency in the booking wizard and the rate is applied automatically.
